“Nosy neighbors”

“I was not pleased with the redervation and check in If you are checking in late, there is no typical front desk. It seems my expedia reservation was not seen as valuable compared to booking direct and the hotel customer service had no information. Im sure its because of low season but it took 45 minutes to reach someone who could tell me where to find my room key. All were apologetic but it was a frustrating scenario to reach a solution and a person with the right info.”

“Only has one bed and tends to get cold with no extra blankets. Also, hotel does not have check in or room service.”

“Just needed a place to get a good night’s sleep. Nice hotel and friendly staff.”

“Was disappointed in what we got for the price. We had to change one room because of the incredible smell of mold. The breakfast was very, very basic. The beds weren’t comfortable. It just needs to be updated.”

“Apparently shoulder season means everything was closed (resturants, bars, breakfast, not even a vending machine for drinks or snacks were available). When we called front desk they said go across the street for a vending machine or take the bus down town. Seemed more like a prison than a resort. No ac in the room and had to request a box fan from front desk to handle the heat in our room. One of the elevators were stuck partially open for most of our two days without even caution tape or a...

“Rooms were spacious and nice ”

“Great location close to town. Nice and clean with helpful staff who gave us good advice of places to visit.”

“Great place to stay. At the time of our visit, the hot tub was not usable but we were able to use the pool.”

“Great location and an exceptionally comfortable room. It was our second stay here. Unfortunately, there was an EDM concert in the lowest level of the property (a bar). It was loud until well after midnight. ”

“This hotel has not been updated for at least 20 years. Stayed here 20 years ago. It is now one or two star dirty halls, dirty carpets even dirty rooms. We had a desk in our room that hardly allowed enough room between the wall and the desk to get to our beds. Showers are showing age sinks are missing parts and overall just a dismal experience would not recommend staying here ever again.”

“Area was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable. Staff was not very friendly. It was a bit run down and decor was very out dated. Lots of towels provided, but they were very thin. Price was a bit high for a motel. ”
